EXTRACTSTAR system ensures a clean and healthy press room working environment for your press operators. Excess powder resulting from non-printed areas of BOTH surfaces of the substrate being printed will be extracted by this efficient system.

Standard Equipment Features:

Easy Operation in Auto or Manual mode
- Auto Mode: powder extraction starts automatically when press powder spray unit begins operating and shuts down when the press powder spray stops operating
- Manual Mode: system can be manually operated to extract powder and dust from the press delivery even when the press is stopped
The system can be set to extract powder at different rates. e.g. when printing cardboards or thinner stocks
Highly energy efficient and environmentally friendly when compared to factories where cyclones are used to exhaust factory air to the open atmosphere
